When Sharaf Travel was first established in 1991, the primary aim of the founders; Ibrahim Sharaf and Sharafuddin Sharaf, was to provide quality travel services to business and leisure travellers. In the two decades since, the company has continued to expand its operations and diversify its interests to emerge as one of the leaders in the industry.

The last few years have marked ongoing success. Buoyed by a strong financial outlook, high levels of customer satisfaction and constant improvement, Sharaf Travel has grown to encompass various facets of the industry. The many divisions include diverse specializations – while outbound unit is dedicated to business and holiday travellers who wish to visit the world, inbound unit caters exclusively to visitors coming in to the UAE and Oman.

Sharaf Travel is at the forefront of the industry constantly introducing ideas and innovations, making it one of the most recognized and respected travel houses in the region. In addition to a MICE division, we cater to niche travel segments such as Adventure travel, Umrah, Student travel, Trade Fair packages, among others.

The Sharaf Aviation Services Academy offers IATA accredited Travel & Tourism training programs, delivering comprehensive and industry-relevant courses covering all aspects of the aviation and travel business.

In 2014, Sharaf Travel Group undertook a seven month process to complete a three-tier ISO certification and secure recognition in Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Health & Safety.
